A large 60" wall mounted internet connected 'Smart' TV and DVD Player combined with easy seating also makes this room a great place to spend leisure time. The newly installed kitchen benefits from attractive modern units, plenty of work space and is complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, and gas hob. A separate utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer. Two sets of patio doors from the kitchen/dining/family room lead into a private sunny garden with enclosed paved area equipped with rattan patio furniture, sun loungers and a gas fired barbeque. Upstairs each of the four bedrooms has its own individual linen. There are two double bedrooms with 5' beds, each with en-suite shower rooms. One of which has been completely refitted for the 2016 season. Both rooms are equipped with televisions. |

The third bedroom contains generously proportioned twin beds and a fourth bedroom provides a triple bunk comprising a 4' double bed with single above. A family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin completes the upstairs accommodation. |
